His versatility extends to startup operations, having served as an experienced COO, system architect, and consultant. A co-founder of a Carbon Dioxide Removal XPRIZE Top-100 team, he is committed to developing scalable climate solutions. Whether engineering immersive stage experiences or tackling sustainability challenges, Christian thrives in complex, high-stakes environments where innovation meets execution.

A Professor of Engineering at Cal State L.A., Jessica is a dedicated educator, researcher, and advocate for public health, environmental science, and systems thinking. With expertise in nonprofit organizations and community organizing, she has spent her career bridging the gap between scientific research and grassroots action. A multilingual educator, she is committed to making complex engineering and environmental concepts accessible to diverse communities.

Her research explores innovative solutions in sustainability, and she actively collaborates with organizations to create equitable and impactful initiatives. Passionate about interdisciplinary approaches, Jessica works to empower the next generation of engineers, thinkers, and changemakers.

With a deep passion for immersive experiences, Laurel has built a career at the intersection of entertainment, sustainability, and innovation. As an R&D specialist at Insomniac Events and Partner at Versatile Strategies, she crafts groundbreaking event experiences that merge cutting-edge production with forward-thinking sustainability solutions. Holding a BA in Film Production from USC and an MA in Sustainability from HPU, she is also a certified Biomimicry Specialist, bringing nature-inspired design into large-scale productions.

Her work extends into climate tech, having co-founded a Carbon Dioxide Removal XPRIZE Top-100 team. With eight years of experience in the climate sector, coupled with extensive expertise as a media producer and business development executive, Laurel thrives at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and environmental impact.

A celebrated jazz composer, performer, and educator, Ethan blends artistry with technology to push the boundaries of music education. An award-winning trumpeter and 2023 Kennedy Center Jazz Ahead Fellow, he has performed on some of the world’s most prestigious stages while simultaneously shaping the future of music learning as an education technology platform developer at tonebase.

Holding a Master's in Jazz Performance from USC, his work fuses deep musical expertise with cutting-edge digital learning tools, making high-level music instruction more accessible to students worldwide. Whether on stage or in the tech space, Ethan is dedicated to innovation, artistry, and education.
