The Corporation shall operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Sound of Earth envisions a world where non-violent environmental and community practices and equitable futures are ubiquitous, driven by the collective efforts of inspired individuals and organizations committed to addressing climate change.
